Hello there! My name is Luke. I graduated in 2022 as School Captain and Dux with a 99.90 ATAR, and I also obtained 2 NSW state ranks in Ancient (3rd) and Modern (7th) History!

I am a consummate humanities buff, and I did as much History and Latin as was humanly possible during my HSC. I also loved it, putting in the hours because I genuinely enjoyed the subjects I was studying. You can see my marks below.

I found the key to my success during my whole time at school was developing this genuine passion for my subjects – how else could I survive? Moreover, I realised that I was able to develop this passion through utilising smart study skills. I would dislike a subject when I always felt out of my depth and nervous. Hence, as I grew in proficiency in my subjects, I began to feel confident and enjoy them more. I believe I can help you develop in confidence and become truly passionate about the subjects you study at school!

Like you probably are too, I was also really busy during my time at school with co-curricular and the rest of it – alongside my School Captaincy, I was involved in a variety of activities such as drama and cadets (Company Commander). Therefore, I also learnt how to manage my very limited (and very valuable) time to maximise results without sacrificing the truly enjoyable, social parts of school life. I want to help you study smarter too, so you can make the most of all the amazing opportunities high school offers without sacrificing your academics along the way.

I am currently studying an Arts/Laws degree at the Australian National University in Canberra. I am studying history and philosophy, among other subjects, as part of my Arts degree, developing high order skills to help you perform.
