Experienced Private Tutor - French English Spanish - Polyglot
4.9 (9 student reviews)
Hi there!
I'm an experienced polyglot French tutor who has been teaching in Australia for four years. French is my native language while I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently. I can teach French, English and Spanish.
Why
I do tutoring by passion for language and people. I believe learning a language is about interpreting to make it your own while taking in account its cultural specificities. Sharing knowledge with people is rewarding and unique. It is about showing pedagogy and empathy in order to help someone to open his mind for understanding. Each person has a different way to learn and private tutoring allows me to adapt to students individually.
How
To start I find a structure of classes suitable to meet my student's expectations and goals. When we get to know each other I adapt my pedagogical approach to my student individually. I teach by helping my student to interpret the language to make it his own while taking in account its cultural specificities. Last but not least, having fun while doing it considerably speeds up the learning process.

"I had the pleasure of working with Bruno as my English tutor and I can confidently say that he is one of the best tutors I have ever had. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in the subject matter, but he also has a way of making the material easy to understand and retain. He is patient and understanding, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I fully grasp the concepts. Bruno is also very flexible and accommodating my learning style, he always finds ways to tailor the lessons to my needs. He is also very responsive, always willing to answer any questions I have and giving me feedback on my work. He also makes sure that I am always challenged and pushed to improve my skills. I would highly recommend Bruno to anyone looking for an English tutor. He is an amazing teacher and I am so grateful for all the knowledge and skills that I have gained from working with him. Thank you, Bruno!"
