I'm Joel and this is what I offer!

• Commitment: Any student of mine will receive my complete support, including rigorous, thorough lessons as regularly as required and 24/7 access to me via phone or email.
• Detailed feedback: One of my greatest attributes as a tutor is my ability to give extensive, practical feedback designed to help students achieve their goals. Any work sent to me by a student will be reviewed and marked according to the criteria and I will provide actionable advice aimed to guide the student towards simple, direct steps they can take for themselves to improve their marks.
• Notes and resources: I still have all of my old essays and exams and have compiled them into comprehensive, annotated masterdocs designed to provide a model of high achievement to students.
• Knowledge: As a VCE high achiever and experienced tutor across multiple subjects, I have a deep familiarity with VCE and a demonstrated capacity to break down content and techniques for students. When it comes to English and Literature, I am widely read and have engaged with most of the texts on the syllabus in some way – if I am not well-versed on your text, I will read it and research it before we begin.
• Personalised support: I aim to meet my students where they are at by employing my knowledge of what assessors want to provide them straightforward methods of improving their marks designed to be relevant to the student and their goals. My lessons are based around you and what you need!
