I am a fluent native French speaker and would love to help anyone of any skill level improve on their French. Additionally, I am a high achieving university student, studying Engineering and Mathematics at UQ, and am eager to help students in their Maths and French studies.

I would love the opportunity to make someone else studies and school life as enjoyable as possibly and would dedicate myself to adapt my tutoring style in a way to best fit the needs and learning style of individual students. I want to be able to come up with creative and engaging methods to solve challenges and share these with students rather than just showing a single solution.

Experience

Throughout my time in school and university, I have enjoyed going out of my way to help my friends and peers. Whether I understood the content and assisted them in grasping the concepts or if we worked through problems together, I have always enjoyed learning and teaching new concepts.
I also have experience tutoring French and varing levels of mathematics. I have been tutoring since 2023, helping students tackle problems and concepts that they find challenging in a clear and engaging way, allowing them to achieve great results.

Qualifications

I have experience tutoring maths and French since 2023 at varying levels.
Mathematics:
I have tutored students in a wide variety of school years including through QCE level Mathematical Methods, as well as younger high school years, introducing new mathematical concepts and understanding how to effectively implement them (years 7-9)
French:
I have tutored school students both new to French, introducing new vocabulary and grammar, as well as older students entering QCE to improve their fleuncy and understanding. Being a native speaker I specialise in comprehension and fluency, particulalry practicing speaking and listening.

Rates

I offer classes for $45 per hour if in person at the UQ library on weekdays, if classes are on weekends or travel is required my hourly rate increases to $50.
