Hi, my name is Sehaj and I am studying Secondary Education, with a specialisation in Mathematics and Chemistry. I have always been fascinated by learning and teaching and aspire to be a secondary teacher in the future. I believe that the role of an educator to be the most important in an individual's learning experience. In order to be an effective tutor I aim to connect with students to understand their style of learning and work with them to produce the best results. Speaking from not only data, but also personal experience, external help for school is a great confidence booster for any student, helping them flourish academically.

I will provide personalised lessons based on the learning style of the student. I began tutoring right after I graduated Year 12 and pride myself on my capability to help students develop their confidence and improve learning outcomes through stronger study habits and practice.
I offer lessons from 30 minutes to 2 hours long, however recommend 90 minute sessions as this period is shown to be most effective for productivity.

I am quite flexible with timings, which we can organise through text or over the phone.

Qualifications

Graduated Year 12 in 2023, with an ATAR of 95.9 and selection rank of 99.85. Currently studying Education at Flinders University.
