Hi, it’s Vincent! I graduated from James Ruse Agricultural High School with a 99.55 atar and I’m going into my 2nd year studying Medicine at Monash University. I’d love to help you achieve your very best in HSC and also Medical/Dental entry.

Chemistry [currently accepting students]

I am offering group classes for Preliminary and HSC Chemistry. Having grinded out the entirety of Year 11 and Year 12 Chemistry and appreciating the conceptual foundations of Chemistry, I’d love to pass this on to students through in-depth, comphrehensive and student-centred group lessons.

These lessons will run weekly, following an in-depth curriculum for the new HSC and Preliminary Chemistry Syllabus I have collated, and include detailed lesson notes, revision homework questions and unlimited after hours questions. On a case by case basis, I will be providing free online lessons for students who are having difficulty following the content or have extra questions. All lessons will be conducted over zoom and run for 2 hours. Revision sessions will be included in the lessons.

As I am currently undertaking student intake, I am conducting one-on-one lessons intially before I can organise a time that can suit everyone (price is constant). Please enquire singularly or in groups.

One-on-one Medical Interviews [currently accepting one-on-one students]

How do you study for Medical Interviews? Don’t you just tell them your extracurriculars and show charisma? Partially true.

Having a social lifestyle, strong background in team sports and numerous extracurriculars and leaderships experiences to spawn my stories from, I felt pretty decent going into the final stage of Medical Entry. However, having overcome the mountains of UCAT and ATAR, I had one hurdle left to achieve my dream and I definitely did not want to go into Medical Interviews with half-chance. Hence, I enrolled in all your big medicine platforms and had numerous private interview tutors as I felt each person’s feedback was individualised and unique. As a result, I will relay to you the top advice from my preparation and will conduct an interview lesson that is good and effective.

Going back to my opening question, I do believe the foundations of a good interview is your own experiences and character, hence why I’m happy to help younger students with one-off lessons to buff up your extracurricular involvements. In saying that, anyone’s experience can tell alot about their character so the secret to a good interview is being able to present it in a way so that you can shine as an interviewee, which I’d definitely help you formulate.

How can I practise?

With each student, I will give them unlimited access to a comprehensive database of questions, specified to particular university styles. After agreement with both myself and yourself that you occupy the foundations of a good interviewee, I’m happy to begin mock interviews. I’m aware that alot of companies only provide 1-2 mocks per course, but who doesn’t love practise! Hence, I have an abundant consortium of university-specific mocks, that continues to grow as I write more. Each mock session is followed by a comprehensive review and personalised feedback. Prices are time-dependant so you aren’t scammed 🙂.
