Hey future economists! I’m Pranit and I’m passionate about teaching Economics and guiding students to achieve their dream scores – and more importantly, gaining better understanding of the world.

VCE Economics is quite a specialised subject, based on developing theoretical models and frameworks to describe interactions and incentives between people, countries, and businesses (a.k.a., the economy!). One of the biggest learning curves is understanding the reasoning behind traditional conventions and theories used to describe the current economy.

In my sessions, we will dive deep into these economics concepts, with heaps of student engagement, references to the real-world, and interesting & easy to remember analogies. My style of teaching allows all my students to wrap their heads around new economics terms quickly, understand their significance and limitations, and observe & analyse how they operate in the real world.

I have the utmost dedication towards all my students’ success. I will check in with you regularly, set challenging homework to consolidate your knowledge, and keep you up to date with current news so you are generally more educated on real-world economics, and set to tackle all your assessments head-on 😉

Qualifications

I achieved a Raw Score of 50 and the Premier’s Award in VCE Economics, as well as an ATAR of 99.80 from Melbourne High School. I also scored a Perfect 160/160 on the Final Exam!
