I'm here to say that I get it. I know school can be a stressful time, and I want to help you maximise your academic potential whilst ensuring the experience is still balanced and enjoyable. I am someone who is a chronic-over-committer, so I know a thing or two about trying to balance academics with co-curricular, family, friends, and down time.

In my time as a tutor, I've learned that every student wants different things from tutoring - so I'm not going to swear that I'll make you fall in love with your subject or get perfect scores. If you're aiming high, you'd better believe I can help you get there!
But sometimes our goals are things like 'improve by a letter grade' or 'make it through the year'. I'm here to help with any and all kinds of goals that you have in mind.

I also know that everyone learns differently, and many of you will be coming to tutoring because you're not getting what you need from your classroom teacher. I will always take your learning style into account - whether you're someone who needs real world examples, lots of background context, less reading, more reading, more exercises, or lots of discussion, and more! I'm always open to pointers and feedback from you, because really if I'm not helping you then I'm not doing my job.

Overall, I want to be more than just some random person you see once a week. I'd love to be a holistic mentor and friend to you, so that you can finish a year without regrets!
