I play a variety of instruments including Guitar, Celtic Whistle, Fiddle, Didgeridoo, and a variety of world flutes, including Native American Flute and teaches Celtic Whistle, Native American Flute, and Guitar.

Instrumental and vocal expression is an extremely important support when going through hard times. These types of expressions can support you to let go of stagnant energy and they do not require you to be aware of what you are letting go of.

Lessons are simple and aimed at supporting you to play your chosen instrument as a means of expression. Improvement comes naturally as the experience of the player progresses and pathways open.
