Here at Joubert Tutoring we specialise in helping Australians of all ages thrive in English and Maths.

We prioritise pairing students with professional tutors who know their subject area, and know how to teach it. You will have the same tutor every session and be able to contact them in between sessions. We especially pride ourselves on building personal connections with our students and delivering professional service at all times. After every session we update your live progress report and give you access to the session recording so you can review any difficult questions again. You will also receive interactive digital assignments to practice what you've learnt in our sessions.

We have a professional Zoom account with whiteboard and screen collaboration technology. Tutors and students can draw and annotate on the screen. This creates an interactive atmosphere for solving Maths problems, editing essays or completing interactive activities together on screen. All from the comfort of your home.

We also tutor preservice teachers to prepare for their LANTITE test. Our LANTITE sessions are taught by qualified teachers or recent test graduates who will help you thrive in literacy and numeracy.

Pricing: Our tutoring sessions are $60 per hour and we offer a 10% discount for families who enrol two or more children.

Rescheduling: Our sessions are paid for one one week in advance. We do not allow cancellation of paid sessions, however we offer flexible rescheduling if the planned session time is no longer suitable.

Experience

I have spent the last two years tutoring English and Maths full time. I have experience good results particularly in preparing pre-serviced teacher for their lantite tests. Often helping student with very little Maths knowledge to pass a two hour exam consisting purely of worded questions on algebra, geometry and statistics. We have also helped students improve in their use of grammar and higher reading comprehension skills.
