Melbourne tutor in Algebra, Biology, Chemistry, Creative Writing, English, Essay Writing, Maths, Reading

Hi! I'm Catherine and I'm currently a year 12 student on academic scholarship at a private school in Kew. I finished vce biology in 2026 and am currently studying math methods, english language, psychology, chemistry for VCE along with Human Biosciences at Latrobe university. I offer tutoring for primary school and highschool students. The main areas I can teach are math, english and sciences.

As I don't professionally do tutoring, the tutoring I provide will be casual and for students who just need some extra help with their school work. I'm about to do both in-person tutoring (student's home/library) or online.

I enjoy tutoring because it allows be to help others with their school work as I also know how difficult school homework and classwork can be without a bit of extra help. I love to meet new people and I'm very enthusiatic towards learning and having fun.

I specialise in:
Maths: algebra, statistics, measurement, geometry, pattern recognition and graphs
English: narrative, essay writing, persuasive, movie analysis, argument analysis and personal response. Additionally, I can assist with teaching spelling, grammar and reading skills
Science: biology and chemistry

I am avaliable:
Monday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Tuesday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm -9:00pm Friday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 9:00pm
