1-1 and Small Group Tuition in Glen Waverley/Wheelers Hill!

Hi Everyone,

I have vast experience and specialise in tutoring junior students in Math and English for Grades 1-6 and high school students in Math for Grades 7 to 8.

I was an ex-school teacher in Singapore and used to run my own tutor centre in Singapore. I apply alot of Singapore Maths methodologies to help local students improve their understanding of different Math concepts. I'm experience in teaching students in their languages and creative essay writing by using creative teaching methodologies using online interactive tools and materials.

As a migrant myself, I understand that it can be hard to settle into a new country if you can't master the local language. I'm billingual in English and Chinese languages. I have a rich experience in teaching adults English and Chinese so that they can converse easily.

My rates are as follows :-

1.) $95/hr - Junior Math/English
2.) $105/hr - high School Math
3.) $105/hr - Adult Conversational and English

Do feel free to give me a message on my mobile at 0428885155 or you can email me at faithseck78@yahoo.com and I'll get back to you to discuss more!

Experience

Over my 15 years of teaching in Singapore and Australia, I've learnt to adapt flexibility and creativity to teach my student of diverse backgrounds.I was teaching the main stream students in Singapore and moved on to teach overseas private students in students. After teaching them for a few years, I moved on to teach in Boys' Town in Singapore as I find immense fulfillment in teaching these less fortunate delinquent juveniles. Having a compassionate heart for these students is necessary to counsel them in the right direction before they are ready to work on their studies.

After moving to Australia, I've been doing private and small group tuition at my premise and my students' premises for the last 8 years Using the experience that I've acquired in Singapore, it has definitely helped with the students in Australia as I apply the appropriate techniques for each individual student. I hope to be given a chance to guide your child and bring them to the next level. Thanks for your time.
