My name is Manami Simmons, and I am a Japanese-English tutor and translator with a passion for helping students succeed.

Japanese is my native language, and I have been teaching it since 2007, successfully guiding students to achieve excellent results in the HSC.

I hold an MA in Applied Linguistics (specialised in TESOL) and a BA in Linguistics & Japanese Studies from an Australian university. I also assisted the university in developing new Japanese online courses and worked as a Japanese tutor.

In addition, I support Japanese students studying in Australia and facilitate cultural exchanges between Australian and Japanese students.

With many years of work experience in Japan, I have a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and language nuances.
