Experience

I have an extensive understanding of the HSC and preliminary biology syllabus content.

My tutoring sessions will aim to address each student’s personalised needs and areas they feel they need to strengthen. Students will focus on:
- Understanding the syllabus content and core knowledge
- Tips and tricks on how to approach various exam style questions and addressing NESA verbs
- Improving writing structure and responses
- Working through feedback from assessment tasks
- General exam techniques and time management strategies

Sessions will take place within your own home (depending on location, but I am willing to travel within the Wollongong area) or at the library. I offer both individual sessions and group sessions for friends (2-3 people max).

Qualifications

I graduated in 2024 with an ATAR of 93.45 and received a HSC mark of 92 in Biology. I also ranked 2nd internally within my school cohort.

In 2025, I tutored 4 HSC Biology students. All students significantly improved in their marks throughout the year. They developed high-quality skills in answering responses and an enhanced understanding of the syllabus content.

Rates

Individual Tutoring (1 on 1) - $55 per hour
Group Tutoring (2 people) - $40 per hour per student
Group Tutoring (3 people) - $30 per hour per student
