Availability: I am available for tutoring on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 4:30 and 7:30, however I am quite flexible with my availability if students need extra sessions or longer times. Please contact me in advance to secure a time slot.

- Tutored at NumberWorks’nWords (2023–2024), focusing on primary school maths and english upwards to Year 10 General Maths.
- Achieved full marks in Business Studies from Years 9–11.
- Currently a Year 12 student studying Mathematical Methods, maintaining high academic performance in maths and business-related subjects.

Why I Enjoy Tutoring:
I enjoy tutoring because I love helping students gain confidence and clarity in subjects they find challenging. Watching them improve and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding. Personally I have struggled in the past with finding a tutor that is the right match for my learning style, so being able to click with students is also a big motivation.

Tutoring Approach:
I often will give an example to students of how to solve or answer a question, from there I will see what they understand and work from there until they can independently work it out. I also aim to explain why a question has to be answered this way or the reasoning behind the result.

Lesson Structure:
- Go through what the student would like to work through during the session
- Step-by-Step explanation of new concepts + guiding them through initial questions
- Allowing them to independently work
- Concluding with asking what they understood and what we can work on in future sessions.

Resources Provided:
Students are encouraged to send school work/Homework they would like to go through to work on during these sessions. Providing an overview of the terms work load is also encouraged.

Experience

I worked as a tutor at NumberWorks’nWords from late 2023 to 2024, where I taught primary school mathematics through to Year 10 General Maths.
I am confident in teaching both basic mathematics skills—such as multiplication, fractions, and probability—as well as foundational algebra. I am currently a Year 12 high school student studying Mathematical Methods, which has further strengthened my understanding of key mathematical concepts. In addition to maths, I am also confident in tutoring Business Studies for Years 9–11, having achieved full marks in the subject throughout my studies.

- BSB10120 Certificate in Workplace skills
- Valid Blue card holder
- Experience at NumberWorksandWords as a math tutor
