Hi, I’m Ian, a 2024 graduate of The King’s School! I received an ATAR of 99.90 and I'm currently studying medicine at Monash University, with 5 offers to study medicine across Australia.

??Why me???

I know firsthand how the right guidance can transform results. Once I realised that success in the HSC relies on consistency and effective study strategies, my marks improved dramatically – in one subject, I went from the middle of the cohort to outperforming the dux in external exams.

I aim to bring that same approach to my tutoring, identifying specific gaps in my students' understanding and breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps. My goal is not only to help students achieve stronger results, but also to develop their confidence, critical thinking skills, and effective study habits that support learning well beyond school. I understand the challenge of balancing academics with extracurriculars, and I can help students manage both without burning out.
