~~ MATHEMATICS ~~

I performed my VCE in 2018, with an ATAR of 93.25 - with the following subjects:

• Specialist Mathematics.
• Mathematical Methods
• Computing: Software Design
• Music Performance
• English

For VCE students I would prefer to tutor the subjects above (except English), as I am more familiar with the curriculum, but I'll familiarise myself with the General Mathematics content reasonably quickly if necessary.

I believe in ensuring students are equipped with the tools and mindset to succeed on both their exams and their future work. This is achieved through thorough practise on a varied set of problems, and an attention to detail.

~~ PIANO ~~

I completed AMEB grade 8 in 2017. I have a Diploma in Music from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Mechatronics Engineering. I've played in various bands and ensembles of vast genres including blues, jazz, and classical.

In addition to piano technique, I intend to teach a vast array of skills, including sight-reading, improvisation, theory, and composition. I believe rote learning of repertoire is but a component of a full-featured music education.
