Achievements & Background
I have over four years’ experience in education, delivering the NSW syllabus across all primary key learning areas. I have a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and am experienced in evidence-based literacy and numeracy programs, including the Jocelyn Seamer literacy approach. My background in drama and performance brings creativity and energy to my sessions, making learning both engaging and effective.

I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, think critically, and develop skills they can carry through life. Seeing a student have that “lightbulb moment” is what drives me to keep creating fun, tailored learning experiences.

Tutoring Approach
Lessons are structured to balance revision of core skills with targeted learning goals. I begin with a quick check-in to see how the student is feeling and review previous learning, followed by focused activities designed to meet individual needs. I’m also available to provide guidance and support with homework, helping students understand concepts, manage their workload, and complete tasks to a high standard. Sessions conclude with a short reflection and a quick plan for what’s next.

Resources
I provide custom worksheets, notes, and activities tailored to each student’s learning style. I can also recommend age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned texts.
