Experience

I have over 10 years of experience tutoring Chinese in both Mandarin and Cantonese, working with students ranging from primary to secondary levels. Many of my students were native English speakers, so I am skilled at helping learners from different language backgrounds. In addition to private tutoring, I also taught in a public secondary school in Hong Kong for 5 years. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of students’ needs, and I enjoy making Chinese learning both accessible and enjoyable.

Qualifications

I graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) with a major in Chinese Language and Literature, and I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) at CUHK. CUHK is one of the top universities in Asia, and the PGDE is the professional qualification required to become a registered teacher in Hong Kong. My academic background and teaching training allow me to provide structured, effective, and engaging lessons.
