Sydney tutor in Algebra, Creative Writing, General Maths, Maths, Maths Methods, Reading

Hi, I’m Nuha! I tutor Maths and English for primary school students and have experience helping Year 3–6 students as well as my younger sister throughout her primary years . I’ve also worked as a Teacher Assistant at Beecroft Public School and spent time teaching students, which taught me patience, how to make learning engaging as well as ensuring they understand the topic.

I use different textbooks and resources to give students multiple ways of looking at a topic, making sure they really understand it. My goal is to build confidence and make learning less overwhelming.

I’m available on weekends from 11am onwards.

Experience

I’ve had experience tutoring younger students in around grade 3 to 6 , mainly in maths and English. I’ve also helped my younger sister with her schoolwork throughout her primary schooling , which gave me practice in explaining things clearly and being patient. I really enjoy making learning easier and seeing students feel more confident.

Qualifications

I worked as a Teacher Assistant at Beecroft Public School, where I supported teachers in the classroom and worked directly with multiple students. I’ve also spent many hours volunteering , helping students as both a coach for sports as well as a mentor position in which I helped them in learning more skills and enhancing their confidence.
