Hi, I’m Linda, a native Vietnamese speaker from Vietnam, now studying in Sydney, Australia. ??
I’m passionate about helping students learn Vietnamese and Creative Writing easily and naturally through real-life practice and engaging exercises. I achieved First Rank in the Vietnamese Continuers Course (HSC) and a District Award in Literature, and I also received the Second Highest Rank in EAL/D and a perfect 15/15 in HSC Creative Writing. I have hands-on teaching experience guiding my friend’s younger brother and cousin in Vietnamese, helping them regain confidence and fluency, and I currently tutor a Year 11 student in Creative Writing and EAL/D.
My lessons are practical, flexible, and engaging, combining pronunciation practice, daily phrases, journaling, and short writing tasks that build fluency, creativity, and confidence. I always tailor lessons to each student’s pace, goals, and interests to make learning effective and enjoyable.
I’m available weekdays (9 AM – 7 PM) and weekends (9AM – 6 PM) across Sydney (especially Bankstown, Burwood, Cabramatta and nearby areas) or online, and I offer flexible scheduling to ensure lessons fit your needs.

Experience

I have hands-on experience teaching Vietnamese to both beginners and intermediate learners, including my friend’s younger brother and my cousin in Australia, who had lost touch with the language. Through these experiences, I developed creative and effective methods to make Vietnamese easier to grasp from pronunciation practice to building natural sentence flow.
Alongside language teaching, I also tutor Creative Writing and EALD for a Year 11 student, guiding them to refine their analytical thinking and storytelling techniques. I always aim to nurture both fluency and creativity, helping students express their ideas with confidence and depth. My lessons are designed to be engaging, patient, and encouraging, creating a supportive environment where learning feels inspiring rather than intimidating.
