I provide structured and supportive mathematics tutoring for secondary school students, with a strong focus on understanding concepts rather than rote learning. My lessons are designed to build solid foundations first, then progressively develop confidence with more challenging topics.

With experience teaching Years 7-12 Mathematics, VCE General Mathematics, and VCE Mathematical Methods, I help students prepare for classwork, SACs, and exams through clear explanations, worked examples, and guided practice. Each lesson includes detailed notes and targeted questions to reinforce learning and identify gaps early.

I tailor my teaching style to suit each student’s learning pace and school curriculum, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their progress. My aim is not only to improve results, but also to help students feel more comfortable and capable in mathematics over time.

Experience

5 years of combined experience across established tutoring companies and my own private tuition company. Experience teaching Years 7–12 Mathematics, VCE General Mathematics (Units 1/2 & 3/4), and VCE Mathematical Methods (Units 1/2 & 3/4).

Over this time, I’ve helped many students significantly build confidence, strengthen their mathematical foundations, and improve results, including supporting students to achieve 40+ study scores in both VCE Mathematical Methods and General Mathematics.

Strong focus on curriculum-aligned teaching, building foundational skills, SAC preparation, and exam-style problem solving. Experienced in supporting students of varying ability levels and adapting explanations to suit individual learning needs.

- Currently employed as a Senior Analyst in data & digital systems (which involves logic building and statistical analysis)
