I offer personalised maths tutoring for primary and secondary students, currently working with a Year 6 and a Year 11 student. I tailor each lesson to the student’s level, learning style, and goals, focusing on building strong foundations, improving problem-solving skills, and boosting confidence.

I aim to make maths clear and approachable by breaking down concepts step by step and providing supportive guidance. My tutoring helps students better understand their schoolwork, feel more confident in class, and improve their overall performance in maths.

Experience

I currently tutor students across different year levels, including a Year 11 student and a Year 6 student in Mathematics. This has given me experience adapting my teaching style to suit both senior secondary and upper primary learners.

With my Year 11 student, I focus on strengthening core mathematical concepts, building problem-solving skills, and improving confidence with more complex topics. I help them break down challenging questions, understand the reasoning behind formulas, and apply strategies effectively in exams and assessments.

With my Year 6 student, I work on developing a strong foundation in maths by reinforcing key skills, improving accuracy, and encouraging logical thinking. I aim to make lessons engaging and supportive, helping them gain confidence and enjoy learning while preparing them for the transition into high school mathematics.

Across all levels, I tailor lessons to each student’s individual needs, pace, and learning style. My goal is to build confidence, improve understanding, and help students feel more capable and motivated in maths.
