Melbourne tutor in Creative Writing, English, English Language, English Literature, Essay Writing, History, Legal Studies

Hi! I'm a new university student who just graduated top of my VCE Literature class in 2025, on the VCE honor roll, and would love to continue tutoring new Lit students and younger English students formally. I'm also a published and award-winning creative writer and poet, former English Captain at my high school, and I have experience editing essays and creative writing from being part of my school's anthology editorial team.
I offer private tutoring for primary and high school English students up to Year 10, as well as VCE Literature students. I love English and Literature, but I know how different Lit it is to other VCE subjects, and how difficult that can make it. I know traditional classroom learning doesn't work for everyone, so my approach to tutoring is to provide creative, adaptive assistance which fits the students needs and requirements and allows them to understand and enjoy English subjects. I want to help other students who are passionate about Literature (or who chose it because it seemed like the easiest English and now don't know what to do!) develop their writing and analysis skills, ace their SACs, and feel as prepared as possible for their exams, as well as younger students who are struggling with English or just want some extra assistance understanding what they need to excel.
I'm available weekends or weekday afternoons, and open to flexible availability depending on other factors. I'd be happy to meet online or in person, in whatever location works best for us both.
