I am a fully qualified teacher with NESA accreditation and Department of Education approval to teach. I have taught English, Maths, Science and HSIE to students in grades K through to 12 as a fully qualified Teacher of the Deaf and EAL/D teacher. I have taught students with intellectual disability, autism, sensory disabilities, immigrants and refugees. I have taught both signing and oral D/deaf students. All my students develop strong reading, comprehension and writing skills and improve their depth and breadth of their vocabulary. I am able to break down mathematical concepts in a way that is easy to understand and can provide targeted numeracy interventions.
