I’m Ismam Nashid Rahman, a Microbiology graduate and experienced tutor in Science and IELTS. I have a strong background in Biology, Chemistry, and general Science, and over the past few years, I’ve helped students at different levels understand tricky concepts and excel. I’ve also guided thesis students and taught IELTS for a year, helping learners improve all four modules and gain confidence.

I am available Tuesday to Friday from 3 pm onwards and all day on weekends. Students can contact me via email or phone, and I can tutor online or at the student’s home, whichever is convenient.

I enjoy tutoring because I love helping students understand concepts clearly and achieve their goals. My main areas of expertise are Science (Biology & Chemistry) and IELTS, and I specialise in making learning simple, engaging, and effective.

I structure lessons with clear explanations, visual aids, worksheets, practice questions, and summaries. I provide extra resources like revision notes and IELTS-style materials to support learning outside the lesson. I tutor students from Primary to Year 10 in Science and all levels in IELTS, focusing on personalised guidance and real progress.

Qualifications

hold a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from BRAC University, Bangladesh, where I gained in-depth knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, and general Science. During my studies, I also developed strong research and mentoring skills by guiding junior students and thesis students through their projects.
Before university, I completed my Higher Secondary Certificate at Saint Joseph Higher Secondary School and my Secondary School Certificate at Annada Govt. High School, both with top grades.
