Hi! My name is Jeffrey, and I am a first-year student at UNSW studying the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine (commencing 2026). I recently graduated from Radford College after completing the IB Diploma Programme in 2025.


*UCAT TUTORING*
Having sat the UCAT in 2025 and gone through the demanding interview process for medicine and dentistry entry in Australia, I have a strong understanding of both the academic and psychological challenges students face. I remember firsthand the frustration of low mock scores and the uncertainty that comes with the preparation process, which allows me to genuinely empathise with students and guide them through similar challenges.

My UCAT tutoring focuses not only on developing effective strategies and improving performance across all sections, but also on building confidence, resilience, and exam-day composure. I place strong emphasis on a holistic approach—supporting students in managing stress, maintaining wellbeing, and developing sustainable study habits alongside academic improvement.

*YEAR 7-10 and IB TUTORING*
In addition to UCAT preparation, I offer tutoring for IB subjects and Years 7–10. Having very recently completed the IB, I have up-to-date knowledge of syllabus content, assessment criteria, and examiner expectations. I can provide targeted support for internal assessments, exam technique, and conceptual understanding.

My teaching style is highly personalised. I work closely with each student to identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and preferred learning style, tailoring lessons to maximise engagement and results. I prioritise deep understanding and application of knowledge rather than rote memorisation, helping students build confidence and independence in their learning.

- I am currently based in Kensington (NSW) and prefer either online sessions or in person at UNSW, however, I am able to tutor in person depending on distance and availability. During uni breaks, some opportunities may also arise for in-person tutoring around the Gungahlin region.
