Melbourne tutor in Algebra, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Biology, Calculus, Further Maths, General Maths, General Science, Geometry, Human Biology, Maths, Maths Methods, Maths Specialist, Microbiology, Physics, Statistics

I am a friendly and experienced Maths tutor for Years 6–12, I am a medical student with a First Class Honours degree in Science (Biomedical Science major, Mathematics minor) and a strong academic background in advanced maths.

For younger students (primary to year 10) I focus on helping students build strong foundations and confidence in mathematics. My goal is to make maths less overwhelming. My lessons for VCE (years 11 and 12 Methods and Specialist) typically include concept review, guided practice, and exam-style questions, with worksheets and notes provided.

I am available on weekends (flexible hours) and some weekday evenings by arrangement. Sessions can be held online, or at a local library.

Experience

I’m a medical student with a strong passion for tutoring and mentoring students. I tutor Maths for Years 6 to 12, including all three senior subjects (General, Methods, and Specialist Maths). I hold a First Class Honours degree in Science, with a major in Biomedical Science and a minor in Mathematics. I like to understand each student’s current learning strategies so I can build on their strengths and effectively address any weaknesses. My goal is not only to help students build confidence and achieve academic success, but also to be a supportive role model along the way.
