Why I Enjoy Tutoring

I love tutoring because I enjoy seeing my students grow in confidence. Watching a child say their first Japanese sentence or seeing a student pass their JLPT exam brings me great satisfaction. Teaching allows me to share not only the language but also Japanese culture in a meaningful way.

For the past 4 years, I’ve had the joy of teaching Japanese to students of different ages and backgrounds. Most of my experience has been working with children aged 4–15 years old, helping them take their very first steps into the Japanese language in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

With younger learners, I focus on:
