Hello! ?????! I am a native Korean, born and raised in South Korea, and I’m excited to help you master my beautiful mother tongue!

While many can speak Korean, teaching it as a foreign language requires a different level of expertise. I am a fully qualified professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Korean Language Education from Seoul Culture and Arts University (SCAU) and a nationally certified Level 2 Korean Language Teacher.

? Why study with me?

Native & Professional: I combine the natural intuition of a native speaker with the systematic teaching methods I mastered during my 4-year degree.

Specialized in Learners' Needs: I’ve studied exactly why Korean grammar can be tricky for foreigners. I break down complex rules into simple, easy-to-understand logic.

Multicultural Expertise: As a certified Multicultural Society Specialist, I provide a patient and inclusive environment, understanding the cultural hurdles students often face.

? What I Offer:

Step-by-Step Hangul: Master the alphabet and perfect your pronunciation from the very first lesson.

Real-Life Conversation: Learn how Koreans actually talk—using K-dramas, K-pop, and current trends, not just boring textbooks.

Structured Grammar & TOPIK: Get academic-level coaching for exams or professional use, thanks to my pedagogical background.

Customized Materials: I provide tailored PDFs, worksheets, and PPTs designed specifically for your level.

? My Teaching Style:
I am a warm, encouraging, and highly patient tutor. I believe making mistakes is the fastest way to learn, so I create a comfortable space where you can speak with confidence!

Experience

As a native Korean speaker and a dedicated graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Korean Language Education, I have been professionally trained to teach Korean as a foreign language with a focus on both theory and practical application.

While I am a new tutor on this platform, my academic background has equipped me with a high level of expertise that goes beyond just speaking the language. My training included:

Instructional Design & Practice: Through courses like 'Teaching Methodology' and 'Practicum in Korean Language Teaching, ' I have mastered how to design lesson plans, conduct micro-teaching sessions, and provide constructive feedback to learners.

Linguistic & Cultural Depth: I have deep knowledge of Korean phonology, grammar, and semantics, as well as Korean culture and literature. This allows me to explain the 'why' behind complex grammar points clearly.

Multicultural Sensitivity: I have also completed the Multicultural Society Specialist (Level 2) curriculum. This means I deeply understand the challenges international students face when adapting to a new culture and can offer a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

My goal is to use the systematic teaching strategies I've learned to help you achieve fluency in a fun and structured way. I am not just a native speaker; I am a trained educator ready to support your Korean journey!
