I have over 20 years experience teaching Mathematics and Academic English. I am currently offering one-on-one tuition in Mathematics (including General, Methods and Specialist) at my premises in Bungalow. Lessons are 1 hour starting at 4:00pm, 5:15pm or 6:30pm. In my experience, students respond best to personalised tuition, especially with regards to mathematics. As such, I generally aim to bring my students up to the level where we are able to cover syllabus material before it is introduced in maths class at school. In this way, new topics cause far less confusion and are in fact consolidated when presented in class time.
I also offer tuition for tertiary students, and those who need mathematics for their trade (e.g., electricians, aircraft engineers, etc.).

I have 20 year's experience teaching Mathematics to all ages and levels, but mainly Year 11 and Year 12.
I previously taught academic English and IELTS at TAFE and JCU
As an ex-engineer, I have a sound knowledge of Science and Engineering subject material.
