Hi! I'm Lilian and I'm passionate about helping students of all ages and abilities reach their full potential in their studies. I put significant effort into every lesson, employing personalised resources and teaching methods.

Having just completed the IB myself, I understand the demands of the program and am well-equipped to support students through it. I provide students with detailed notes, past papers and thorough marking and feedback to ensure confidence and exam-readiness, as well as targeted guidance on long-term assessments (such as in Music HL, which is entirely project-based). I also offer tutoring for Primary-Year 10 students across a range of subjects, helping build study skills and confidence. I have a strong sense of how to support, encourage and challenge students at every level.

Experience

While I am new to formal tutoring, I have extensive experience supporting friends, family and younger students with their studies, and have volunteered as a reading tutor through a community literacy program. I aim to make every lesson engaging and responsive to what each student needs, whether that be extra challenge, encouragement, or taking the time to break a concept down.

Qualifications

I am a 2025 IB Diploma graduate from a top school in Sydney who is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/ Commerce at The Australian National University. I achieved an IB score of 41/45 (top 5% globally), with 7's (highest possible score) in Economics HL, Music HL and French B SL, and no score below a 6 across all subjects. I also achieved an A in my Economics Extended Essay. I was recognised on the IB academic Honour Roll in both Years 11 and 12 and received awards for Contribution to Music.
