I'm a first year university student and tutor, graduating from Ocean View College in 2025, meaning I have a recent and strong understanding of the current curriculum and what’s required to succeed in high school. I can also easily relate to students and the challenges they’re facing.

My teaching style will be relaxed and practical. In lessons, I focus on breaking down difficult concepts step-by-step, then guiding students through similar problems until they can solve them confidently on their own. I prioritise understanding over memorisation, so students actually know why methods work and can apply them and relate them to real-world scenarios.

A typical lesson would include reviewing current classwork, working through key questions together, and then reinforcing learning with specified practice. I can also help with exam techniques, including how to structure your study, manage time, and avoid common mistakes.
