I am a dedicated Year 11 student with a strong academic focus, currently undertaking Mathematics Extension 2 and Mathematics Extension 1. I have a genuine passion for Mathematics, particularly in problem-solving and advanced thinking, and I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps for others to understand.

In addition to my academic studies, I have achieved a high level of success in music. I have been awarded both the Associate in Music, Australia (AMusA) and the Licentiate in Music, Australia (LMusA) in piano, reflecting years of discipline, consistency, and commitment. I have also completed Grade 6 Musicianship, strengthening my theoretical understanding of music and supporting my overall musicianship.

Through my experiences in both Mathematics and Music, I have developed strong attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to think both analytically and creatively. I bring a calm and patient approach to tutoring, aiming to build students’ confidence while helping them achieve a deeper understanding of concepts. I believe that with the right guidance, every student can move beyond simply completing tasks to truly mastering their learning.

My goal as a tutor is not only to support students with their current schoolwork, but also to extend their thinking and prepare them for future academic challenges.

I am currently a Year 11 student undertaking Mathematics Extension 2 and Mathematics Extension 1, with a strong interest and ability in advanced mathematical problem-solving. My studies have developed my ability to think logically, break down complex concepts, and communicate solutions clearly — skills that I bring into my tutoring.

Alongside my academic studies, I have an extensive background in music. I have been awarded both the Associate in Music, Australia (AMusA) and the Licentiate in Music, Australia (LMusA) in piano, demonstrating a high level of discipline, technical proficiency, and musical understanding. In addition, I have completed Grade 6 Musicianship, which is the minimum theoretical requirement for the LMusA diploma, further strengthening my foundation in music theory.

Through both my mathematics and music studies, I have developed strong patience, attention to detail, and the ability to explain concepts in a structured and accessible way. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, develop their understanding, and extend themselves beyond the standard curriculum.
