Sydney tutor in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Biology, General Maths, General Science, Human Biology, Maths, Microbiology, Physiology

Hi! I’m a pre-med graduate with a Diploma of Science and a Bachelor of Advanced Science, and I have over a year of experience tutoring primary and secondary school students.

I specialise in Biology, Chemistry, and general science. I also provide support for university students in scientific report writing, structuring lab reports, and improving academic writing in science-based subjects. Having completed rigorous science degrees myself, I understand what universities expect in terms of clarity, structure, analysis, and academic standards.

I have also sat both the GAMSAT and UCAT, which have strengthened my ability to think critically, communicate complex ideas clearly, and apply structured problem-solving skills I pass on to my students.

I genuinely enjoy tutoring because many students don’t struggle due to lack of ability, but because content is not always explained clearly or practically. My goal is to simplify concepts, build confidence, and help students develop independence in their learning.

My teaching approach is patient, structured, and highly adaptable. I break down complex topics into simple steps and tailor each session to the student’s needs. For university students, I focus on scientific report writing skills including structuring introductions, methods, results, and discussion sections, interpreting data, and improving clarity and academic tone.

Lessons are structured around the student’s coursework and assessment needs. I also provide guidance on exam preparation, assignment planning, and study strategies where needed.

I offer tutoring for:

* Primary school (all subjects)
* Lower and middle high school (general science support)
* Senior high school (Biology, Chemistry, science subjects)
* University students (scientific report writing, lab reports, academic writing in science)

Sessions are available weekdays and weekends, with flexible online and in-person options (library or agreed public location).

If you’re looking for clear, supportive tutoring with a strong focus on understanding and academic improvement, feel free to get in touch.

Experience

I have one year of experience tutoring primary and secondary school students, primarily supporting them with homework and general academic understanding. I assisted students across a range of subjects, helping them break down tasks, stay organised, and build confidence in their learning.
Through this experience, I developed the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply, adapt to different learning styles, and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I also supported students with exam preparation and improving their study habits.

Qualifications

I hold a Diploma of Science and a Bachelor of Advanced Science, with a strong academic foundation in biology, chemistry, and health-related sciences. I have also sat both the GAMSAT and the UCAT, further developing my critical thinking, problem-solving, and exam-strategy skills.

In addition, I have completed both IELTS and PTE English proficiency tests, demonstrating strong academic English communication skills. I am also fluent in English, Arabic, and French, which allows me to support students from diverse linguistic backgrounds and explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
