Melbourne tutor in Accounting, Algebra, Calculus, Creative Writing, English, English Language, Further Maths, General Maths, Geometry, Maths, Maths Methods, Statistics

Hi! My name is Jonathan, and I am a current first year student at Monash University studying a Bachelor/Masters of Actuarial Science.
I have 2 years of VCE tutoring experience, and have helped a wide variety of students help their academic goals.

I offer secondary level tutoring for Science, English, and Maths, and VCE tutoring for English Language, Maths Methods, General Maths, Accounting, Physics, and Texts and Traditions.

I achieved an ATAR of 95+ with study scores above 40 in English Language, General Maths, and Accounting. My coursework in University is also highly applicable to the VCE subjects that I tutor.

I personally enjoy finding ways to apply my learning to real life, and so approach my tutoring with this mindset, while still ensuring my students maintain confidence for formal assessments. I believe that this application based tutoring directly correlates to good results.

I offer lesson blocks in 30 min intervals up to 2 hours, i.e. you can book a 30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hour, or 2 hour tutoring session. My base rate is 40/hr, open to negotiation.

I offer online tutoring as well as in-person tutoring at a location of your convenience (at home, local library, etc.)

I possess a current employee WWCC and am cleared for tutoring work.

I am available on all weekdays except for Monday for both online and in-person tutoring.

Please reach out with any questions or queries, and to schedule a time for tutoring.
