Hi! My name is Elysa, and I am a bilingual English and Mandarin tutor with academic backgrounds from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and the University of Sydney (USYD). I hold a Master of Commerce degree from UNSW and a Bachelor of Economics degree from USYD.

I genuinely enjoy helping children and beginners build confidence in Chinese and Maths through patient, supportive, and encouraging lessons. I believe every student learns differently, so I always try to create a comfortable and positive learning environment where students feel safe asking questions and improving step by step at their own pace.

I offer tutoring for kindergarten, primary, and beginner-level students, with lessons tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. My teaching focuses on building strong foundations, confidence, and understanding while making learning engaging, enjoyable, and less stressful.

As an international student myself, I understand the importance of encouragement, communication, and adapting lessons to suit different personalities and learning styles.
