Hello! I’m Sabah Mohid, a passionate Literature and Language educator, Cambridge examiner, and lifelong lover of stories, ideas, and thoughtful conversations.

I believe great teaching goes far beyond textbooks and examinations. The best classrooms are spaces where students feel inspired to question, imagine, analyse, and discover their own voice. Whether we are exploring Shakespeare, modern fiction, persuasive writing, or unseen texts, my goal is always the same: to make learning meaningful, engaging, and intellectually exciting.

With extensive experience teaching Cambridge O Levels, A Levels, IGCSE, SAT English, and academic writing, I work with students to strengthen not only their academic performance but also their confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills. My lessons are designed to feel interactive, supportive, and discussion-driven rather than heavily lecture-based.

As a Cambridge examiner, I help students understand exactly what examiners look for in high-performing responses from analytical depth and structured writing to interpretation, vocabulary, and clarity of argument. I specialise in:

Outside teaching, you’ll usually find me surrounded by books, coffee, lesson planners, poetry annotations, or ideas for new storytelling projects. Literature has always been, for me, a way of understanding people and the world around us.... and I love helping students experience that same connection through learning.

I am a passionate Literature educator and Cambridge examiner with extensive experience teaching O and A Levels, IGCSE, SAT preparation, and Language & Literature across diverse age groups. My classrooms are built around curiosity, critical thinking, and a genuine love for stories, poetry, drama, and language.
As a literature enthusiast, I strongly believe that texts are not just studied for examinations but explored as reflections of human emotions, cultures, identities, and experiences. I enjoy guiding students through close textual analysis, helping them develop confidence in interpretation, analytical writing, and personal response while nurturing a lifelong appreciation for literature.
