Though I am a Year 12 student, I have free afternoons on Wednesday, Friday, and all day Sunday if my student wants to meet in person. My preference would be over Zoom as it will open up much more time. I am happy to do Zoom lessons any day of the week (evenings are preferable from Monday to Friday). As a passionate and motivated high school student, I have developed a deep, thriving passion and gratitude for education. I have gathered many academic achievements as a result of this, the highlight being coming 2nd in my grade at school in year 11. I have also topped multiple courses such as Year 9 Drama, Year 10 English, Year 10 Visual Arts, Year 11 Drama, Year 11 Visual Arts, Year 11 Advanced English and Year 11 Extension 1 English. I credit these successes to finding not just methods of study but a curious mindset that fosters a love for learning. I hope to impart some of this positive motivation upon another student. I am happy to tutor any age, ranging from kindergarten to Year 10. My lessons would be very hands-on, emphasising my students and getting them to experiment and work, as I don't believe that "talking at" students is beneficial all the time. I hope that, by practising and trying things out themselves, they will defeat procrastination and fear and become more confident in their studies. I want to be the mere helping hand to guide them there. You can contact me at 0409601750.

Experience

I have worked at a school extension centre as a teacher's aide for almost three years now. This means that I have had to explain, help and support kids from kindergarten to year six during a Saturday enrichment program.
