I'm a final-year Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Queensland with a background in Biomedical Science. I graduated as Dux of my school with an ATAR of 99.7, receiving Highest Achiever awards in Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology, Mathematics Methods, and Mathematics Specialist, so I have a strong personal foundation in every science subject I teach.
My teaching experience goes well beyond private tutoring. I have worked as a casual academic at UQ since 2023, teaching physiology, anatomy, and biomedical science across undergraduate and medical school courses. I regularly serve as Head Demonstrator, coordinating tutors and leading sessions independently, and in 2024 I received the UQ Emerging Teacher of Excellence Award. Prior to this, I worked at a secondary school delivering one-on-one and classroom-based tuition across Year 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
Sessions are fully one-on-one, tailored to each student's needs and goals. For Year 12 students, the focus is systematic ATAR maximisation through targeted content work, exam technique, and access to an extensive practice exam bank. For Years 8 to 11, the goal is building students to a Year 12 standard ahead of their peers, giving them a genuine head start when it matters most. I also offer unlimited between-session support so students are never stuck waiting for their next lesson.
Having walked the path from high school science to medicine myself, I know what it takes at every stage and I bring that perspective to every student I work with.

Experience
I have been tutoring privately since 2020, working one-on-one with senior secondary students across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In 2023 I joined a secondary school as a teacher and tutor, delivering both one-on-one and classroom-based lessons across Year 11 and 12 ATAR science and mathematics subjects, including relief teaching responsibilities. Alongside this, I have worked as a casual academic at the University of Queensland since 2023, teaching physiology, anatomy, and biomedical science to undergraduate and medical students across multiple courses and semesters.
