My motto in teaching is: Clarity · Care · Structure · Flexibility
I am a qualified music teacher with over 20 years of experience, teaching students in Ireland, Hungary, Germany, Australia, and internationally online. I specialise in classical violin, Irish fiddle, classical piano (with jazz and contemporary elements where appropriate), music theory, and music history.
While I have experience teaching young children, my focus has shifted to adult learners — from beginners building solid technique and musical understanding, to those returning after a break or preparing for performances, exams, or personal projects.
My lessons are built on clarity, care, structure, and flexibility. Each session is well-structured, goal-oriented, and adapted to your experience, pace, and musical interests. I combine technical foundations with musical expression, historical context, and listening skills.
I draw from multiple pedagogical approaches — Russian school, Suzuki Method, Kodály Method, etc. — adapting methods to suit each student. Lessons are supported with personalised summaries, practice guidance by email, PDFs, videos, and quick answers to questions between lessons.
If you are an adult learner seeking focused, supportive, and inspiring lessons, I would love to help you achieve your musical goals.

Experience
Prepare for your exams—or discover your inner musician.
Whether your goal is exam success or discovering your own musical voice, I'll help you get there with lessons designed just for you.
I created my online music school with one clear purpose: to offer truly individual music education. Every student is different, with their own goals, interests, learning style, and musical journey. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I design each lesson around the person sitting in front of me.
Some students come to me with a clear goal, such as preparing for AMEB, ABRSM, or Trinity examinations, auditions, or performances. Others simply want to rediscover music, explore different styles, improvise, or find the repertoire that truly inspires them. Both paths are equally valuable.
My role is to guide, support, and challenge you in a way that fits your ambitions. Whether you want a structured exam programme or the freedom to discover your own musical voice, lessons are tailored to your needs, helping you build strong skills while enjoying the process of making music.
