About Me
I'm currently in my fourth year studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science at Monash University. I graduated in 2021 with an ATAR of 94.7 and a 40+ scaled study score in every subject, and I've spent the past 3 years tutoring VCE students in Mathematical Methods, Specialist Maths, and Physics, with most students improving by at least 2 grade levels (e.g. C to B+ or A).
I love tutoring because there's nothing more rewarding than watching a student go from feeling stuck to feeling genuinely confident in a subject. For me, it's never just about getting the right answer, it's about helping students trust their own reasoning, so they can walk into any situation calm and prepared.

Areas of Expertise: Mathematical Methods, Specialist Maths, and Physics.
Levels Offered: Primarily VCE and first-year university, with experience across secondary school. I'm also happy to tutor primary school students who want a head start in maths.

My Approach: Every session starts with the student's own homework or coursework, so we can work through it together and I can quickly spot where the gaps are. From there, I focus in on those specific difficulty areas, breaking concepts down step by step until they click, before moving on to practice questions to lock in the understanding. This keeps lessons relevant to what students actually need help with, rather than following a generic curriculum.

Availability: Weekdays, 4–8pm.

Experience

Over the past 3 years, I've helped VCE students consistently improve their grades, most see at least a 2 grade-level jump, going from a C to a B+ or A. I focus on building genuine understanding rather than just memorising formulas, so students walk into their exams confident and prepared. My aim is to not only improve the grades for students, but to encourage and build confidence in their problem solving skills which they can take an apply in every aspect of their life.
