Hello! I am Yeyoung, a native Korean speaker currently based in Sydney, Australia. I am passionate about helping Korean learners build confidence through structured and practical lessons.

I have over 3 years of experience teaching English as an instructor and private tutor. Through teaching students with different levels and learning goals, I have developed strong skills in lesson planning, creating personalised materials, and explaining language concepts clearly and effectively.

I offer 1:1 Korean lessons for **beginner and intermediate learners**, with lessons designed to help students build a strong foundation and gradually use Korean in real-life situations.

My lessons are divided into two parts:

**Part 1 – Build Your Foundation**

* Learn and review Hangul, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and writing through structured activities
* Build the essential knowledge needed to understand how Korean works

**Part 2 – Put Korean into Practice**

* Apply what you have learned through speaking and listening activities
* Practice everyday conversations, real-life situations, and topics based on your interests and goals

Each lesson is personalised based on your:

* Preferred learning style

Whether you are learning Korean for travel, university, work, TOPIK, K-pop/K-dramas, or simply because you enjoy Korean culture, I will adjust the lessons to help you achieve your goals.

I also provide personalised lesson notes, vocabulary lists, grammar summaries, and review materials to support your learning outside of lessons.
