I am a published poet, writer and creative writing tutor with more than a decade of experience helping students become confident, capable and engaging writers.
I specialise in GATE (ASET) written test preparation, scholarship applications, NAPLAN narrative and persuasive writing. I also help students develop creative writing for competitions.
My approach is tailored to each child, with a focus not just on improving their writing, but on helping them find their own voice, develop their ideas and enjoy the creative process.
My own poetry and writing have been published in Australian and international journals and anthologies. As a working writer, I bring that practical experience into my tutoring.
