Hi! I'm Lydia, a friendly and patient tutor with experience teaching both Korean and English to students of different ages.
I graduated from an English-speaking high school overseas and am currently studying at Monash University in Australia. Living and studying in different countries has given me a strong understanding of both languages and different learning styles.
My teaching experience began with volunteering as a Korean language tutor for Korean-heritage children aged 3–10. Later, I worked as an English tutor in South Korea, teaching primary and middle school students, as well as one-on-one English conversation lessons for adults who wanted to improve their confidence and fluency.
I believe every student learns differently, so I always adapt my lessons to suit each person's goals and learning pace. Whether you want to improve your speaking, pronunciation, grammar, schoolwork, travel communication, or simply feel more confident using the language, I'll create lessons that are engaging, supportive, and practical.

Experience

I studied abroad since grade 7-12. I have experience teaching students of different ages and backgrounds. While studying abroad, I volunteered as a Korean language tutor for half Korean children aged 3–10, helping them develop their Korean speaking, reading, and writing skills through engaging lessons.
After graduate, I worked as an English tutor in South Korea, teaching primary and middle school students. I also provided one-on-one English conversation lessons for adults, focusing on improving speaking confidence, pronunciation, and everyday communication skills. I enjoy adapting my teaching style to each student's learning needs and goals.
