I'm a dedicated tutor with over 5 years of experience helping students in Maths, English, Accounting, Management and more, working with learners from Primary through to University level. I'm currently completing my Master of Management (Finance) at the University of Melbourne and am working towards my CPA qualification. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with First Class Honours, and achieved a 99 ATAR in my secondary schooling.

I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching style to each individual's pace, strengths, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. My lessons focus on building strong fundamentals, developing genuine understanding, and growing each student's confidence, especially for those who feel like they're falling behind or find a subject intimidating.

I break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps and use practice questions, past papers, and real-world examples to reinforce learning. Each session typically includes a quick review of previous concepts, focused teaching on the current topic, guided practice, and a short recap or homework task to consolidate learning, along with worksheets and notes tailored to the student's syllabus and level.

I offer both in-person and online tutoring, whichever suits the student best, and I'm available all days of the week including weekends (except Friday). Having gone through rigorous academic pathways myself, I understand the pressure students face and aim to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

Experience

Over the past 5 years, I've tutored more than 200 students in a wide range of subjects including English, Maths, Accounting, Business Management etc, both one-on-one and in small groups. My experience includes preparing students for board exams, helping with homework and concept clarity, working with students who struggle with the subject. I tailor my teaching style to each student's pace and learning needs, and I've seen consistent improvement in their grades/confidence.
