Hi! My name is Dimity, I am a Nursing and Midwifery student at the University of Queensland. I’ve also studied Mathematics, Psychology, and Biology before changing into my current degree and while I enjoy what I am doing I do miss learning math… this is why I am so passionate when tutoring math. It is a genuine interest of mine and love sharing it with other people and breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable pieces!

Experience

I have been tutoring since March of 2025. Throughout this time I have learnt how to tailor sessions to individuals to provide the support you need! This includes:
Teaching and supporting students in Math, Biology and Physics
Providing support in English and Humanities subjects - these are not my subjects of expertise but I will discuss ideas with students and assist in structure.
General assignment support
How to study and build study plans
General support - school is a stressful time in a student's life so it is a priority of mine to build curiosity and joy in learning.
