Hello students and parents ?

With over 20 years experience as a tutor at high school and university level, and three UQ degrees in engineering and science, I also work full-time in industry.

My tailored approach is designed to help students prepare for exams by practising questions, sometimes going back to basics or filling gaps in knowledge as they need it.

Students generally remember better and build confidence by doing and by using my smart learning techniques, they benefit from working at their pace, with patient and clear explanations and a friendly approach.

I really stick to the curriculum and the actual exam they're sitting for, be that QCE ATAR or uni etc.

I also listen carefully to student and parent feedback and adjust my approach to suit that the student, and to constantly improve how they can understand better.

I really enjoy helping students, the challenge of explaining in a way that helps them understand, that moment when they "get it" and when their marks come back and they're happy.
