Hello, I'm Shirley, a fully registered and experienced Mathematics teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. I provide personalised online maths tuition for students from Year 1 to Year 10, helping them build strong foundations, improve achievement, and develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.

I believe every student can succeed in maths when given the right support and encouragement. My approach is to get to know each student's strengths, challenges, and learning style so I can tailor lessons to their individual needs. I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing confidence.

One of my strengths is helping students connect maths to real-life situations, making concepts more meaningful, practical, and easier to understand. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to help students develop problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards learning.
