I have a Bachelor of Nursing, Masters of Mental Health Nursing, and Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education. I have been a Clinical Nurse Facilitator for 5 years and I'm aware of the requirements within university for clinical placements as well as academic assignments. I currently work for a university as a casual academic teaching classes and marking undergraduate papers for mental health nursing and I have also marked for postgraduate mental health nursing students (Masters of Mental Health University).

I enjoy tutoring because I like to be able to help others, I think as well we were all a student once before and didn't know what to do at some stage in life. I had to learn through trial and error what works best for academic writing which took me a very long time, but I have built on my knoweldge over the years and I'm happy to help anyone who wants to help themselves.

My approach to tutoring includes the first session understanding what your specific goals are, then working towards a plan to assist you and work with you (rather than doing the work for you) so that you understand how to best tackle assignment tasks as well as have a clear direction on what to do moving forward.

Hi my name is Chantelle and I have been working as a Registered Nurse / Clinical Nurse in mental health since 2016.

I have my Bachelors degree in Nursing, graduating in 2015, and I started work from 2016 onwards. I have only worked in mental health including forensic mental health, prison mental health, older persons mental health, acute adult mental health, acute young adult mental health, and I have taught university and tafe students as a clinical facilitator for the last 5 years. I have worked consistently since 2022 (and currently) for different universities to do casual marking for both university undergraduate and postgraduate mental health papers. I am friendly, approachable and try to find an easy to understand way of conveying information that may seem complex at first.

I'm interested in assisting anyone who requires help with mental health subjects as this is my area of expertise, however I'm happy to assist with any other year level of Bachelor of Nursing assignments.
